Bougt something at PVS which was the wrong figment, took it back and the chap said he would phone me in the week and get it sent out.

Tuesday came and no phone call so rang up spoke to him he said he would look into it and call me back in five. I get no call.

Ring Wednesday speak to someone else who takes my email and says he will email me later that day. Nothing

Emailed early today and nothing by close of play today.

Anyone else had problems with them?!

I had problems with ordering wrong parts (My fault) and they were very helpful. Always replied to my emails, provided info and were quick at getting the correct parts out to me.

Maybe they don't like you

couldnt get a oil level sender seal for my corsa and chanced my arm asking at pvs and he opened a engine rebuild kit and gave me the seal out for £1 so im over the moon with them lol

I've only ever ordered off their website and never had any problems.

I bought an engine rebuild kit at PVS at the fucking seal is missing

had nothing but hassle. Lies, and let downs with them, and it started how you say not replying to emails and calls, must depend who you deal with.

I've had nothing but excellent service from them tbh.

Ordered absolutely loads of parts from them on numerous occasions. Items always turn up pretty much next day delivery, the prices are excellent and they are helpful and knowlegable on the phone..

Never had any incorrect items or any issues at all and i'd much rather deal with autovaux then the monkeys at my local vauxhall dealer.
