Hi & Welcome to Corsasport
There have been some nice 5 doors on here, worth a look through the projects & builds for a few ideas.
5 doors are just as easy to modify and change the appearance of as the 3 door model. I've owned 2 myself and much prefer the looks and practicality of them
Have a look for Irmscher spoilers as these look very good on the 5 door rather than fitting a cheap and nasty ebay jobby

Welcome to the site, as said, 5 door's are just as easy to mod as 3 doors, although not as many people like them. As for spoilers, irmscher ones are a good shout, and there is also a standard from factory item which is an irmscher made but not branded thing, pretty hard to find though. Steinmetz made a 5 door spoiler too iirc but you're more likely to win the lottery than find one. Corsa c spoiler would be interesting, not seen any before, anything can be made to fit if you have the time and inclination
