Anyone used the above? says it should take 2 weeks for a first passport but please wait up to six weeks

anyone had any problems using the service ect?

My collegue had it done took about 4 weeks.

The only difference between that and doing it yourself is that the post office clerk checks your application and sends it via recorded delivery I think.

The actual application process aside from that is the same as if you'd have sent the forms etc. yourself.

Although you could send it Recorded/Signed for yourself couldnt ya?

Check and send says two weeks or standard service six weeks?

is it your first passport?

i had to go for an interview a few months ago to get mine, about a week after i went i had my passport sent though but they said allow 6 weeks it depends how busy they are

you might have to have an interview, its just asking security questions about you to make sure it is you thats getting the passport, you can pay extra to get the passport in 1 day or 1 week but i dont know how much it is

I wont get the 1day or 1week service as its my first passport

you sure they offered me the 1week service after my interview and mine was my first passport, i didnt need it tho but im sure it only took a week to come anyway but i did mine in feb time

Got mine in less than a week when I did it in March. Bet they'll be busy at this time of year though.
