what's people with and are they good?
we are with EDF energy and have been for a long time, we've always been on track with our payments...
cut a long story short...
they didn't inform us of two price increases and we've been getting letters saying outstanding balance is x amount. so we rang up and got put though to a manager who said ignore them letters they shouldn't of been sent out, now we're getting a final reminder and after another another call we are informed we have to pay. what's going on there?

I used to use e-on and had no problems. Moved house few month ago (previous tennant murdered his ex's mother in feb/march so is now in jail). Anyway power is now with Scottish and southern. Had a guy knock at my door last week with a court warning for failure to pay bills, explained the situation and that he'd have to go visit Durham jail if he wanted cash. After several phone calls to their headoffice it still isn't sorted although they staff on the phone are very helpful and polite!

yeah, had this problem with the person who lived here before. when we first moved in we totally forgot all about shifting the lecky over and just paid it, turns out we paid some of his debt off, got it sorted in the end and luckily he was with the same provider and they shifted over what we paid on his to ours haha :slap:
