I've been working on this for my mate for a little while got a few major bits done tonight and thought I'd share

CBR600F2 engine in what was a Motorama 150cc mini buggy... Its going to go like a bastid

We've also changed the trailer wheels to proper quad wheels with knoblies.



Hand clutch, to make life easier as we cant be bothered to build a pedal box.


Nice big R6 rad D


It should get its first proper test drive tomorrow

How quick do you do these davey?

You have re-fab the rear frame to fit or just add brackets and stuff?

It's a complete refab, in this case it's been lengthened 5 inches..

What kind of costs are you talking for start to finish to do it yourself? I know of a CBR400 engine for cheap and would be fun to make one of these!
