Hi... I guess a lot of people from here might have ordered from ASOS from time to time. Well, I have a big complaint to make! Last time I emailed them with a problem, I was replied to with a completely blank email!?

I was just wondering if anyone might know of an actual email address (rather than the online form they use) for someone higher up than the retards at customer service? Mucho appreciatio

Sometimes when eBuyer posts something up on their FB page that is shall we say "negative" towards their company, they simply delete the person's comments!

topcashback fucked up my cash back claim for buying AA membership, so I kicked up a Facebook storm and they ended up shelling out their own money.

it appears they've fucked up another one of my purchases too.......

I'm complaining on a Tele Atlas status at the moment.
I'm going to complain all over TOMTOMs wall if they don't fix my parents' street name.

I've got a few claims going with TC at the moment, things never track properly even though I always make sure I log into TC and then visit the websites in private browsing mode in Chrome so that there are no cookies interfering with the tracking.

Thanks yeah I actually do have them on Twitter so might be worth a shot.

The complaint is basically regarding multiple wrong deliveries, multiple times... 'free next day delivery' counts for nothing when you have to keep sending back incorrect orders

Can't do that in Twitter

But I've had two things sorted out for me by Chiltern Railways and FlyBe on Twitter, was really supprised at how useful it can be for things like that...

How do you contact them though (I'm a Twitter n00b, only been on there a few weeks)

Is there another way other than just including them in your post via @ASOS?

No their customer support say they will respond within 4 hours (24/7) but no response since yesterday afternoon. Got an auto-reply from Jenny saying she's out of office, and will respond when she's back.
