They will help, and worth doing with a complete fluid change, along with new pads and discs.

On the rear it's the link section that moves on the beem.

Only worth changing on a road only car if they need changing, otherwise I wouldn't waste my money.

And yes there are flexis on the rears also.

I knew there had to be flex in there somewhere (not completely retarded, just mostly) but last time i had it on the ramp i had a quick (and i mean really quick) look at the rear lines, and couldnt see any point in replacing the rears if there solid, because surely the copper wont expand when the pedal is pressed?

makes a good difference when you have V6 brakes fitted, other than that I wouldnt bother for a road car

the rear flexi is about 6inches long and goes from the shell to the beam pretty much so can take up the flex when you go over bumps etc. then from the beam to the drum is copper lines

Thanks for that cars comin back on the ramps shortly anyway so i can sort the friggin knocking exhaust so i'll have another nosey, want to get braided lines as i've got the v6 front brakes and the pedal travels quite alot

possibly more due to mismatched master cylinder and increased piston diamter in the calipers.
might be something you have to live with, unless you change the MC to correct, try bleeding the brakes again just incase

The set up i have is calibra turbo calipers with the meriva 280mm disc & pads.

I looked on rally design but dunno which ones i actually need to do front & rear.
