Looking for a small favour here

I noticed one of my air con pipes had came loose, fitted it back together again but not satisfied with it and pulls off easily. Secondly, with the pipe fitted back together it has an unhealthy kink at the bottom as it tries to come up.
Iv got my local vw/audi specialist looking into it for me but he had no polos or similar in to compare it against.

If you look down the bottom left hand side beside the aux belt its the small pipe going into the rad/condensor and it goes down and loops back on itself.

Iv uploaded a pic of the kinked part and also the fitting. I think sonethings maybe broke off the fitting, it can be pulled apart with 1 hand, and iv had 2 hands on it pushing it in as far as it can go.
When id the bumper off for my fmic id a good look to see if the pipe was supposed to be secured to anything at the bottom but saw nothing.
