I've still got a few car parts to shift that are worth what i consider to be a fair bit in total. Now i've advertised them on here for nearly 2 months and had a flutter of interest in whats left but nothing concrete. I was just wondering where else people advertise car parts?

Pistonheads and eBay are the only 2 i can think of so far although they both seem to be full of time wasters and dreamers so i'm a bit reluctant to use them.I want to advertise to people that know what the parts are and what they're worth rather than people that offer me £10 and a set of dust caps.

What are the rules on PNG, Mig, etc when it comes to advertising car parts for friends? As i don't belong to those but mates do.

I wouldn't usually be bothered as i'd just hold onto them and sell them as and when but i'm waiting to start my new job so i don't have an income for the next month or so, so could do with shifting them as soon as possible.

Nah, give Gumtree.com a go? It's not really anything to do with cars, but people sell anything on there, so might get some luck with it
