Cant see the vid bud as at work but Did Transocean finally admit responsibility for this?

Last I heard a bit of drill pipe was wedged in the BOP causing the rams to remain open?

Essentially the perfect example of a serious of catastrophic failures. The shear rams did fail but they were the crowning glory tbh.
