Author mid section hangs too low now with pics

my middle section exhaust hangs abit low and scrapes off the slightest bump in the road and its all hung up with the rubber clamps ect any one have any ideas hw to sort it .. ill get pics of hw low it sits tomorow thanks

would also like to know this^^^

same problem after lining it up 3 times...
still clips the floor, only a few mm from the axle and rattles off the heat shield...


i just orderd some new rubber hangers mate, tend to stretch when there old. will let you know if any joy

Try some smaller hangers. You can get all different sizes and types from demon tweeks. Probably loads of other car places too.

were the rubber hangers are it sits fine its just at the end of silencer that drops abit few pics ere

looks like the box is upside down to me? is the car lowered? you can get uprated hangers but i dont think they will hold it up enough. what id do is get it up on a ramp and try to turn the box round so the pipe is facing up if you can.

no pal if it was upside down the brackets wuoldnt be welded that way and the centre box wont spin as they welded aint they its gta be ryte way round as thats hw its mde its confusing me

Pattern parts tend to not fit aswell as geuine parts.

Id suggest going you a local breakers and try fitting a genuine one as i reckon this is the problem tbh.

Does it hit on the rear beam, Looks like it needs twisting so it sits further up.

if i twisted it tho pal the brackets wouldnt fit tho thats the problem

that looks just like mine does pal, except mines touching the n/s of the heat shield (after been adjusted 3 times) and the axle only has about 5mm clearance. got a solid rubber protector on the axle like but it makes a hell of a noise going round right hand corners. my main problem though it the shitty 4.1 mani is even closer to the deck
