Just wondering what they're like figment wise and strength etc.
Heard a few people say it will just crack straight away and not fit.
I'm not really wanting to pay 300+ for a astra mk4 gsi bumper.

You can't say, if its made properly it will be decent but you can get cheap and tatty fibreglass parts that distort everyones opinion. You can't say whether it's going to be a good or bad fit because it's fibreglass
I spent £700 on a few carbon panels for my bike and the fitment was HORRIBLE so sent them back, OEM parts was far cheaper and fitted perfectly etc
You just can't say... Depends on each project individually.

The problem is fibreglass doesn't flex, so as soon as it hits a speedbump or something it all breaks.

Only when its flat in a thin layer. Once you have 3-4 layers on a curve its pretty much solid.

I have used various FG parts on many of my vehicles, My MR2, R32 fitted them to friends S14's S13's along with FG fairings on my bikes and although the parts have always been sourced from genuine well known reputable companys i have never had one fit 100% yet.
That MK4 GSi front bumper does how ever look really really good!

yep, and the fitment is pretty good imo, it wasn’t designed to take the stock grille inserts though, but that didnt bother him or me as its a track car and we just cable tied some mesh in place, but for the money it was excellent, cant remember exactly where we got it from, but it was an ebay special
