just went into my local vauxhall to buy 2 piston seals for my 2.0 brakes... £33.50 for 2 pieces of rubber!!! the worst part is i had to buy them as that is the only place i could find them and autovaux dont sell them.. but what a fucking rip off! just thought id tell you my story

Should of got the dimensions and just bought some normal seals.

yeh they didnt do them for the mk3 astra was £26 for the full rebuild kit from them too..

yeh but i wanted to strip them down completely and shot blast the calipers and everyone that i have said about taking the piston out advised me to replace the seals so thouht i might aswell buy them new atleast i know they are brand new and should last a while

Yea they wanted £70 for the seals on my v6 brakes , tbh if they leak its just cheaper to buy another set
