Had 5 Corsa B's and 1 Corsa C, got the 106 for sale, and been offered a swap for a 04 1.8 SRi, 78k, 10 month MOT, 6 month tax. Ultra blue, lowered 50mm, full heated leather, exhaust system, think thats about it.
Think i quite fancy it tbh convince me, 106/corsa

Just curious. I still think of Corsa's as cars for teenagers. If i was you i'd move on to something I hadn't had before.
Try something new...

Im 25 and still own a B and also have a mk5 Astra 1.6T and the corsa still takes it for the fun factor and the astra for comfort.
Astra daily drive and corsa as a Toy/Project.

I'd buy the corsa C. I'm 24 and have a corsa c 1.2 twinport owned for 2 and a half years and it's done what I've needed it to do. I've owned a punto and Clio in the past and always gone back to vauxhall's, never let me Down.

You'll need something quicker than the 106 as anything slower now will be extremely boring.

Don't agree with the speed thing tbh.
Its not the be all and end all.
All depends what you want at the end of the day.

Re the OP, sounds like the maths is in your favour, what is the Corsa booking at, £2k ish?
106 is probably worth that though. Not sure, decide how long you would potentially keep it and take it from there. Or see if you can add a cheeky cash your way in to the deal on account of your mods or something. Or take the mods off.

it all about pros and cons to be honsed like ian said cash wise u would be finantialy better off but if u a speed demon then 106 but if u could get cash your way then u could always get few mods for the corsa it is all about prefrance to b honest if it was me i would get the corsa but im not a fan of french cars due to bad experianses
but another thing to look at why is he wanting to swap whats wrong with the corsa as its valued a little more arnt they so play it safe aswell and check what u are geting into
