will it be ok to jet wash my calipers? the pistons are out and i have been told not to get water inside where the piston goes but if i dry it quick enough will it be ok?

as long as its completely dry before you fit and bleed them, shouldnt be a problem.
Brake fluid is hygroscopic which means it absorbs moisture, which in turn, lowers the boiling point... so they need to be really dry
