Have the next 2 weeks off and have always wanted to go to the Nurburgring and having just been paid a nice bonus it seems the right time. Looking to go between the 6th and 8th September which are weekdays so only the evening sessions available.

I won't be driving over there to take the R26 round this time , looking to fly over and rent a Swift @ rent4ring.de. Anyone done something similar? Have read that Frankfurt(Hann) is the closest airport to fly to?

Would be my first visit and first time out on a track Any recommendations? other than obviously taking it easy! Thought I'd ask on here as there seems to be regualr trips by certain peeps.
