found expat shield to be laggy at peak times as its free

try focus vpn , cheap and was exellent

The suggestion about a home proxy is a good one. I setup one to use from work to bypass their blocks. Nice easy to setup one called CCProxy. Just need to make sure you setup your router right and you're good to go. If you've got a dynamic IP, you'd need something like dyndns so you could always find it easily.

I've used CCProxy in the past... it's fairly good. Just need to do a little router fiddling and stuff and all is good
