All corsa's are the same in that area. As for repair panel I haven't a clue but getting a rear quarter will probably give you more play as to how much has got to be cut out and repaired rather than being limited to just a repair panel.

doubt you will get one, would have to be whole quarter, cant you fabricate one?? if its only the bottom corner.
gsi may be different as needs the fixing lugs although you can weld them on to the new panel

It's ok up to the 'line' of the arch trim, so it's basically a flap piece of sheet steel in a vague sort of triangle shape.
Problem is the remaining edge is a little rotten too, so I'd probably have to chop a lot out.
Need to have a proper look at it tbh.
