I'm not saying I don't believe it, I'm just questioning how it makes you an idiot to not belive it was possible with the technology at the time?

I don't actually care, we haven't actually gained anything bar some oneupmanship on the USSR at the time IMO.

Completely unrelated to the technology at the time, the evidence is overwhelming.

Man set foot on the moon, the one-upmanship was what prompted it but that doesn't detract from how amazing it is.

I think the first landing could have been a fake but we have definitely been to the moon I think the mirrors on the moons surface prove this lol!

There are several scientists/astronomers who are regular people whom fire lasers off the moon on a daily bassis to measure its distance from the earth.
