FACT: on original analogue clocks 10 8 was often the time the hands were set for photos because it was considered to make the clock look happy like a smile and so people were more drawn towards it.
HTC seemed to have adopted this time for all their advertising shots, not sure the idea translates across to a digital clock 
Phone looks nice though

the beats are what sell it. people who want them but cant afford the £100ish and think theyre the same as what you get in the box with this phone.
the headphones included will be nowhere near the same league as the current line of beats

My mates just bought some Dre Beats Detox heaphones, you can only turn them up half way whislt you're actually wearing them. Otherwise you can just put them on the side and use them as speakers.

HTC will make sure that 'iBeats' gets replaced with 'YourBeats' on the final packaging, but aside from that they're identical to Dre's single-driver in-ears that retail for around $100.
