Going to get the caliper machined down? Or could you space the disc a tiny bit?

Would probly be the same amount of work to make a shim for the disk as it would to shave a bit off the carrier

My kit came with aload of washers, so you could line up the caliper with the disc.
I think I had three between the mounting bracket and the caliper.
Did you get them new?

i had a similar problem with mine, just had to measure and get some shims made up
