Appears you can break a v-tec engine when your conrod exits the block at high speed 
Looks like it was going well until that point, wouldnt want to see the clean up bill if he had to pay it

is there anything , like a small insurance thing u can take out before the track time , so that if u need recovered or ur car does a wee all over the track and you need it cleaned up. u dont have to pay a fortune ??

if you get adac cover then you are covered cost wise for removal but i think you have to pay first then claim it back

Dont think they cover spillage etc though do they as it still cost tony

decent going to be fair,
i will say im not a amazing driver. but some of his gear changes seem unnessasary.
and whatever he kept pissing around on the dash with was annnoying the hell outta me.

That smoke was mental, just seemd to linger like a mushroom cloud, he pulled over pretty quick so I can't imagine he spilt much oil
