iam about to redtop my arden corsa sxi,got a full calibra to use and just bot mounts, gearbox spacer, powercap, all i need is hubs and shafts now... i know u shud buy proper 2ltr shalfs and hubs but there a bit pricey... what else can i use? is there ways around it? iam goin for a cheap cheap redtop corsa?

gsi shafts and cav cv joints or something iir, sure someone will let you know.

cheers ill look into it, anyone else know anyways?
ill have u no iv been crash free for a good while now,since then had a 14 sport, fiesta zetec s and cav sri, iam calmin down now man! lol

22 spline shafts ring a bell with different inner cv's (cav's) i think. I belive the 22 spline shafts are corsa gsi shafts

People can sleeve shafts, not somepeoples cup of tea but tbh done right and there fine, lads mini running an xe i built is making 220bhp and hasnt snapped a shaft yet.
If theres a good machinist by u.....get the calibra hubs machined for corsa bearings and use equal length shafts

ave always used 22spline shafts they can be found on corsa gsis and most corsa sports even my sis 1.2 8v had 22spline shafts on it when i took them out the other day u use standard outer cvs from a corsa and inner cvs you use 22spline onto the shaft and 34 into the box
