Just bought a private plate guy took all my details and he's sending it over in my name how long does this usually take as want it on before end of month

No idea how long it takes from private then I'm afraid.

In my experience, direct from the DVLA takes about 10 days.

Cool just txt guy he said 2 weeks so not that bad take it u go strait to dvla and transfere it onto car

Yeah go to your local DVLA, with the log book, MOT if needed, and number from your tax disc. Fill in the forms, and it can usually go on instantly.
