Just reading a bit in the paper about the new corsa vxr ring edition, says its been tested on the ring and built to compete with the citroen DS3 (which paper calls the class leader)

But at the end of the article is a bit of a sarky comment saying when asked vauxhall didn't get a lap time, suggesting its "not all that"

I always think the same when i read articles like this, suppose if it didn't and they published the results it would ruin there reputation on the model. I've noticed before on other reports for different car's it some times states in small print it had parts fitted at the time not included on the sale model seems bit unfair also

Too fast tbh. If they published the time the car would be banned on safety grounds.

citreon ds3 is such an ugly car, can't understand why people bum them so much. DRL's look awful and the headlights are worse than the corsas. paper is on drugs.

Evo rate it very highly too. Similar reviews to the Cooper S, but still behind the Clio 200.

Seeing as I've owned all of them bar the DS3 I would say the Corsa is the best all rounder.

I thought this, but there's a slate ish grey one near us with anthracite alloys and tan leather and it does look IMO
