hi, as above. iv developed a habit of grinding my teeth in my sleep, i wake up cringing off it, its really annoying me. anyone else have/had this problem and if so how did you stop if you did?
iv tried cutting the drink out and that doesn't help. lost a few fillings now 
help please

that would work but im sure you can get smaller ones specially designed for this that wont be so obstructive

my ex girlf did this quite oftne due to stress, as steve said get one of the designed gum shields (not a rugby one lol) as they make a big diff

My ex also used to do this. Stupidly loud. Was very annoying. Tbh the odd donkey punch usualy sorted it.

Im the same as John, I also do it a bit when im driving or playing my guitar too, dentist said he could tell from my back teeth being very flat.
he offered me a gum sheild thing but wanted £300 for it
fuck. that.

I had this issue (may still have it, never had it checked since) but they took a mold of my teeth and made a shield for me.
