I'm looking for something I cant remember the name of

Its something you use to find the shape of something, i.e a wiggly shape. You then use the tool to transfer the shape to what ever you're working on.

Its basically a series of pins (like one of those toys you shove your face in) that you push against the surface.

Whats it called?!
