Mates 1.4 sport packed in, got another engine and stripped the old one.

I was bored at work this week so decided to make a new ashtray







Really hard to show actually how shiney it is, it's like a mirror finish.

Knocked out the gudgeon pin and did that too.

Left the contents of a tin of coke inside overnight to clean out most of the crap

Not too fussed about the inside though as it's just an ashtray.

Just thought it'd be better than chucking them in the skip with the rest of the rubbish

Probably will.

Might get some lorry ones too.

Think if I was selling them i'd sort the inside too and put some cut out's for the cigarette's though.

quite a cool idea.

me and my dad were just on about what sorts of things you could do with old car and moterbike bits the other day. still want a V8 coffee table
