im trying to change the fan belt on a 1.4 8v but having problems. ive undone the two threaded nuts on the top, but still no movement. there is another nut just past the pulley and a couple on behind the alternator which look to be holding it on the car. do i have to take out all the nuts to be able to slacken the alternator ?
if someone could give me a quick how to guide, id really appreciate it!

Might be able to leaver the alternator with somthing. Thats how I did my 8v I think, think I also loosened a few bolts

Slacken that one off so you can pull the alternator forward to slide belt off.

the one by the pulley is as round as a 10p piece
