Started a new job with a company car which was meant to be a zafira. They didnt have a company car ready for me so they hired a toyota avensis for me to use. There was no manual with the car so i just fathomed everything out after a while. Managed to figure out what all the toys did bar one button, it looked a bit like a rev counter with and arrow. Messed with it a bit but still couldnt figure out what it did. Gave up on it in the end but ive had my zafira delivered today and ive got it for 3 years and its got the same button too so now im intrigued. Anyone able to shed any light? If anyones got a zafira its located by the head lights switch/dial. Probably been thick

Cruise control.
Not cruise control by the headlight dial.
Sounds like dash brightness.

Sounds like dash brightness. Push it a few times or hold it in to change the brightness.

Havent driven it in the dark yet. The one in the avensis was a button flush to the dash so it was on or off

The avensis will be similar to the mini, hold it in or push repeatedly.

Thats the one!
Im just been more curious now, looking at that diagram, on the one i had there was another stalk underneath the right one. It was a square one that went up and down and back and forth. Any ideas what that was?
