Don't really know what section to put this in but heyho! Been offered a mk2 golf off a mate for 250 quid (gunna try get it lower) it's got 55,000 miles. But no MOT or tax. Body works pretty mint bar a few dents ect.. Gunna ask to see it running and shit before I part with any cash. What would you says a good price for one of these in alright condish?

depends what it is, with no mot or tax its only worth scrap value really

not if those 55k miles have been done on the beach then it will be rotten as a peach.
see what it needs for mot, dubbers pay stupid money for vw cars so what ever u do with it some tit of a v dubber will give u your money back if its fucked

Can't remember what litre it is either 1.3 or 1.6. But insurance is cheap and I'm bored with the corsa so I might just go for it, make the bodywork mint then sell to some vdub nut for a profit
