Got quite far trying to fit my new manifold today. Just after some advice. So far I've managed to remove 7 out of the 9 bolts that hold the old manifold on. I have taken the down pipe section off. On this forum there is a guide on how to remove the sai pump. But mine is held on by 6mm bolts I believe. the 2 bolts I can't get off the exhaust manifold is the one underneath where the sai attaches to the manifold and the one by the thermostat housing. My other manifold has both the gaskets ready to go on so it's just a case of getting the 2 bolts off so I can take the manifold off. What has other people done?

They aren't 6mm heads, They are torx.
Where the thermostat housing is I normally remove the housing or use a short 13, and one of those bendy thingys plus a extension or two.

Indeed. I just thought perhaps a socket would do the job. Do you know what size torx they are? Love the corsa btw :-)
