hello, i was just wondering if anyone could help me i have a corsa b on a 97 plate, shes a 3 pot beast and i was just wondering im intersted in putting a 1.6 16v sport engine in my car, and highlift cams, performance exhaust front to back, bigger injectiors. very nice! easlily 120bhp+. but i was wondering to change it from a my likkle 3 cylinder to the sport engine will i need to change any of the mounts or subframes? any help would be great! cheers people!

Just buy a 1.6 sport. Much easier and saves all the hassle.

What do you like about it? Unless its got a massive smoothed in bodykit or something similiar, its easier to swap stuff between cars.

Speak to Shaunmods mate he's done it If you are up for it and have a decent shell in your current one then it's probably worth it

my shells mint tbf. its got one dint in rear panel. n i like mine coz i finally got just how i wanted it lol and i want a faster one... and if i can build my own i wanna make it unique

3pots are harder to convert iirc. Something to do with the wiring

mint -.- so i would have to get a wrote off sport and rip all of the wiring loom out and put it in mine :/ might just not bother lol

you can do it with the 1.0 wiring loom there is a diagram somewhere on here or migweb am sure

My mate just tried it had to replace dash loom and it was still all over place easier in 1.2s apparently
