before you say i'm talking shit etc etc,3 of my cousins do.
1 is a single mum, aged 18, had a kid by her boyfriend at the time but had no way of paying for it, so got given a 2 bed house bigger then mine and with a 100' garden.

The amount of foreigners in this country does rattle me if i'm completely honest, BUT there is no need to go off like that using Racism and language like that in front of young children.
She was clearly smacked up. She just didnt seem to give a fuck. More concerning is the fact her child was not at all fazed by her behaviour. Obviously a regular occurance.

That was exactly my concern mike, the little un didn't let out a peep. That probably would suggest as you say, regular occurance. What kind of environment is that to grow up in? Poor wee soul doesn't stand a chance of a decent start in life really.
