For my sister, brand new Corsa D 1.0L S in white.

Looked at a fiat 500 1st but she didnt like the test drive.

Couldn't complain at the deal we got from Vauxhall:

£2000 trade in (Fiat had valued it at £350)
5yrs 0% finance.
3yrs free servicing.
Lifetime warranty.

I was looking at that deal myself, if you can bare with the shit slow engine it's not half bad. Seeing as I got £500 trade in for my C it probably wouldn't have cost much more in the long run than what I'm paying for a 3 year old car

Its fine for her, she doesnt want a fast car & she had her clio for 8yrs & i'd expect she will have this one for a similar length of time.

Engine.

We had a 1.2 16v one and it was horrendous, dread to think what the 1.0 is like. The 1.3cdti is where its at.

No there was no deposit, 11.5 - 2 = 9.5 / 60 = £159 a month.

She will run that car for 10yrs I reckon!!

See you say that, and my mum said the same thing about the 1.2, couple of months down the line it was being traded in for the 1.3!

Are you clinically insane?

1.0 12v is dangerously slow, 1.2 16v is dangerous, 1.4 16v is the only fairly decent petrol engine other than Z16LER

ITs probably quicker than her 10yr old 1.2L clio so I fail to se ehow its dangerous.

Agreed I wouldnt have one myself but for her its a fine car.

I thought base spec corsas went for about 8 or 9 grand. Ouch, if that's the shoe that fits though!

9.5k is a bit much for that.

1.0 are terrible, would take half an hour to get to a ton.
