you could find a carb set up(weber 45s) or bike carbs...about 500-600, set of pistons(260-460 depending on make) and some decent cams and springs, bit of headwork and see about 220bhp.
if actually got the cash, drop a u2u of what your after and i can price up the engine side of things.
