I see you live in Wolvo. Try Marshall Taylors in Kidderminster, he's an old mate and has done lots for me and great results. He'll charge around £100-£150

I was quoted between 80-100quid to have a MR2 bumper sprayed.
I thought that was quite cheap considering the car is pretty much a Ferrari, but without the high price tags.

really amazes me how low prices people charge for painting things.
But tbh in this day and age, so many bodyshops are quiet so there begging for work.
I charge £100 privatly to paint a old one or £70 for a new one.

I once paid £60 then when I came to replace the damaged number plate, found my old sticky pads underneath, painted, guess that's why it was cheap then

That's what happened to my boot before I bought the car, old paint and sticky pads from the badges had just been painted straight over. Found out when I went to de-badge it!
