Yeah you can just play bluray rips as you would any other rips

Depends what tv.
Most cheap tv's with USB will only play divx/xvid with mp3.
More expensive and well known ones will play mkv

Wank phone, if not hook up your laptop buy something like popcorn hour or apple tv ( jailbreak )
