i have recently watched the band of brothers series on blu ray and last night started pacific.. imagining the conditions the soldiers of both sides lived in and some of the horrors they saw got me thinking..

eg seeing friends being blown in half by mortars in front of you or what it would be like to be one of the waves of japs running towards machine gun fire..

how do you think you would feel in that situation..?

i have to be honest and i feel id be one of the people curled up crying

Being a coward has nothing to do with watching folk get blown up.

I wouldnt go fight another country. Lsst time we had a big war we went and fucked it for ourselves, would have been better off being german now

Would probably shoot myself in the head, nice quick and easy option, so I guess that's cowardly.

But really depends on the War I guess, something like World war 1 and World war 2, people knew what they was fighting for.

i genuinely think that after years on MW2 and now BF3 i would be a pretty good soldier, i would definately have an M99B and garrison myself in a building , if the building was taken over i would suicide with my sidearm 93R

yep same, i believe i could probably fly a jet plane and quite possibly a helicopter too after playing BF3

would deffo be good at finding cover and dropping medpacks on the floor

If a war broke out i would sign up only if the oponent difficulty was 'recruit'. After completing all the COD games on veteran theres every chance ill die before the second mission.
