4x108 to 5x112 but will need to be about 50 or 60mm

I'll try giving him a ring tomorrow to see what he says. If he thinks he can do it, will need the spigot size to get the fit nice too I guess.

What would you want them making out of? Pretty sure i'd be able to do that at work if i had all the measurements. That's if the guy ed knows won't be able to do it

I've never had to make hub adapters before so i'm not sure what they normally get made out of 
Obviously i wouldn't want to make them out of anything soft. Guessing it's a full set of 4 you're after as well?

I think they'd have to be steel - the same grade as the hubs as you'd need threads in them.

You could possibly go for 6061 Alloy and have wheel studs. I'll speak to my guy though as he knows his stuff

I've just read that 'higher quality' hub adapters, not ones made cheaply in China are usually made from billet Aluminium.

Not got a price yet, but if you've got all the dimensions I can knock together a drawing and drop it over tomorrow. He thinks he can machine them on Saturday. I'd need to take them over to my finisher to get the hard anodised too, but that only tends to take a day or two.
He said he'd make them out of something like 7065 aircraft grade alloy which isn't a problem to get hold of.

The 'good' adaptors out there are Alu with steel inserts for the threads.
The cheap ones are just Alu and the threads pull out 
Steel would be heavy and destroy wheel bearings!
What wheels are they if it needs massive spacers?

they are 19's on a 406
show car, the options on wheels in 4 stud are very limited so gone for 5 stud

if its a show car just use steel. 150mm dia ally billet will be well expensive.

65mm spigott
55mm spacer
1 bolt should be able to go all the way through to the hub then 4 screwed into the spacer/adaptor
