When i had my polo GTi i had a few problems with ABS sensors; they were only £20 a pop so nothing major and not sure how many components the Lupo and Polo share.

in a lupo ? there was a later version, but never a mk2 ?which moved the binical for the hazard switch to by the heater controls, but that is the onlu diffrence ?

the glove box was never standard, so it will be retro fit from a 6N2

reading over some reviewes on the lupo and apparently the GTI dosnt suffer from the same problem with the box as the earlie 5 speed box's im not sure if this is true or not as the box problem is the only thing thats putting me off a little bit other than that i like everything about them and as im turning 22 in a week i think its time to move on from my corsa and get younger cars sick of spunging out on older cars lol

newer dash = mk2 dash

saw a picture on google images and it had a glovebox, but that's only LHD from further reading, oh and retrofit like you said.
