i made loads and sold them on ebay
take 11mm out of the existing link, remove unwanted link
can move full setup a couple of inches over, redrill scuttle, and it will sit dead centre
claire richardson is the only oner to miond who had a centre one, good few years back mind

Take wiper arms and scuttle off
You will see the motor and linkage for both arms
Remove the linkage for pase side
The small linkage bar for drivers side, remove and cut 10-11mm from it, reweld and fix back on car
Youll need a grommet for spare arm hole, unsure on size
Use a smooth wiper arm if you want, think i used an e46 bmw saloon one from memory
I fitted the jets on the arm, i think they came off a 406
This is going back 10 years, i might have some pics at home
Slightly more work fitting to exact centre, but im sure you can just move along, make new brackets to hold it all and cut new hole

Ps
If you mean sits at 12 oclock when you say middle, not the physical centre of the window, then just adjust the linkage so it sots where you want it, from memory, nothing else needed
