Does anyone here use Google Checkout to buy things? If so, is it something you use regularly when you buy stuff online from sites that have it?

Very handy tool, as people also review your website, google sends them an email 14 days later after purchase to ask how it went.

Yeah and also when your stuff appears in the 'Shopping' section in Google, if they filter out stuff where GC is accepted your product would still be listed under it.
I've used it a couple of times for buying things in the past, just not sure whether people would back out of a sale if they had to sign up for GC or PayPal etc.
I was going to go with Barclaycard for payment processing but they'd only accept a 45 day deferred settlement - i.e. someone buys something, I send their stuff out, and I only receive the money 45 days (+ 3 days for "processing") later. Fuck that shit

Put it this way, a website i've done a few years ago used it for 12 months and then got rid of it. In their Google listing, they have 100 reviews in that 12 months, and a nice 5 stars next to their name.
Also generated a lot of traffic directy from Google "Shopping"
Deffo worth doing imo, next shop I build for myself I shall be including
