Went to reverse off my drive, my grandads car parked behind me, heard a big bang, pulled forward got out, i've hit his tow bar and ripped my bumper clean in half! knackered all the mounting points on the passenger side! What a f*cking idiot!
All slatings welcome as i feel like a total c**t!

no room on the other side cause of fence post and lamp post, grandad doesnt normally park there, normally goes on the other side and leaves me plenty of room to get on/off the drive, but next door parked too far down so he had to park half over our drive, thus leaving me no space

It is repairable but there a lot of those bumpers around so could just get a good second hand one!

Because only an hour or so before hand i had put it on the drive, so thought there was room, obviously i wasnt TOTALLY straight when i went on.

I reversed into a pole a few weeks back and completely twisted my tailgate... seems everyone is having accidents at the moment... felt like a complete tool.

Luckily I managed to get a scrap one in the same colour! haha! Funnily enough, the pole gained no damage

lmao, my grandads car doesnt even look like its been touched! luckily theres loads of sapphire astra's being broken and i needed a new bumper anyway, but could of done without damaging the mounting points aswell, would of been a whole lot easier!

Everyone screws up now and again, damage doesn't look to bad and at least you haven't bent any metal work.
I was parking my van on the street the other week, it was dark, raining and van has no rear windows. Managed to reverse into my own fucking car Luckily no damage done but didn't half feel a tit.

Fair play, least it's a common bumper. Got an Irmy front splitter for one (if it's still at work) got a few cracks/holes in it, and still a bit of the old bumper attached if your interested??

I did that a few weeks back but it was my Dad's car that I hit. He'd parked up the drive where no-one ever tends to park so I came along, backed onto the drive, checking my mirrors to make sure I was ok against the fence but not looking behind, just heard a big bang, looked properly and spotted his car The next morning when he came to move it, there was marks on the floor from the tyres where I'd pushed it back by about 6 inches No signs of any damage on either vehicle
