No catch, some links such as the megavideo and videoizer ones have a time limit but the majority of them are fine

just do a search of the film name and put "putlocker" in the search bar aswell, usually good quality and no time limit

be wary though, some of the really dodgy sites have viruses obviously but thats how i watch em

Don't need XBMC to use Icefilms; but useful site though.

What's the best/easiest way of watching these on the tv. I've just watched the latest Modern Family and want to plough through some more Breaking Bad but don't fancy sitting at the pc? Long VGA cable maybe? Would the quality still be okay on a bigger screen?

VGA cables are good and a decentish graphics card will put out HD or as near as anyways!

Ideally aim for HDMI/DVI (can obviously get DVI to HDMI converters), VGA will obviously do HD resolutions but usually you end up with an image that is a bit 'soft'.
