Picked up my new car the week before Christmas

2010 Ice White Volvo C30 R Design
Heated Seats
Headlamp Washers
Bluetooth
Rear Parking Sensors

(Pics from the dealer)

Since then, I have fitted my private registration and upgraded the bulbs
Bulbs used:

Headlights - Philips Blue Vision Ultra H7
Sidelights - Philips Blue Vision W5W 501
Rear indicators - Philips Silver Vision PY21W

Pictures

Front before

Front after (doesnt do it justice, much whiter headlights than the standard yellow tinge and replaces the horrible orange sidelights with similar whiter light)

Rear before

Rear after

Future ideas are:

Alloys
Lowering
Slight tint to rear windows

Thanks for looking

Mate had one - was a brilliant car i loved it (even though everyone said he was weird being 19 and spending 14k on a volvo diesel). Went all over the country in it and it was good cruiser - touched 135 with 4 up on the way to leeds aswell in pretty much silence.

Steering feels heavy, yet quiet precise on them. Really grippy aswell and can throw them about and they just stick. He had a blow out at 90 though (the run flat just fell to bits). Also he got knocked from behind which caused the exhaust to knock. He had a new one and it still vibrated and just couldnt sort it after that.

Was up at £14995 but got it for £13500k

Lovely spec and lovely to drive considering my new job is a 90 mile round commute

115 BHP, easily hits 90 on motorway, £20 per year tax, 55MPG, Volvo build quality, looks nice and are very VERY rare to see on the road = ticks all the boxes

Didn't realise they were available for that sort of money tbh - I've never looked, but always assumed more

£20 tax p/a is impressive too.

Very nice car

Thats what convinced me tbh, ever since the facelift was released, it put me off the pre-facelift and made me wait longer but they have dropped massively

Brand new retails at £22k and there are identical age/model/mileage as mine on AT for £16995

Jealous muchly!
Gorgeous car, exactly what I'd like (apart from I'd rather the older shape).
