Hopefully going to be joining the gym next week providing the induction goes well..

Im in need of some running/gym footwear, any recommendations? Havent bought anything like so since forever.

ideally get the correct ones for your foot shape/running posture, not what looks fashionable

Pop to a sweatshop they'll be one local too you. They'll do gait analysis with you try some trainers on the treadmill then go buy them from the sweatshop section of your local sports world for half he price!
