whats best to use to remove the glue underneath? been using heat gun white spirit all that and been at it for ages, is there a quicker/better way?

toffee wheel, 2min job, bish bash bosh. but guessing you haven't got access to that then try wd40, its good at removing glue imo

you may have faded paint strips once you've got it all off and polished... what colour?

What's it like sticky stuff or white? Had this problem with the mrs's corsa c and it turned out to be condensation under the paint causing it. Heat gun sorted it out.

Not if you're gentle, there's a bit of a skill to it. Basically don't let it get too hot.

door is off the car so might be easier to work with one of those things, do you literally just grind it off with that then?
