ive been a black belt for bout 5 yrs

am doing full contact valo tudo in a specially formulated club which is a buzz

A form of Brazilian ju-jitsu full contact kicking leg locks the usual basically formed to improve cross training martial arts..

Ive spelt it wrong i think ill just check

I did martial arts a few years back for 5 years, I done Chiang Shou Fa Kung Fu, that was the best exercise I ever had 4 nights a week.

I taught kids for a while too.

I trained with James Watson.

I also have trained with Wally and Leon Jay and Mark kline

its a good crack and youll find youll advance quickly as you have got tkd experience, i found it easy to pick up cause i had alot of grappling experience the only problem is finding places that do it

theres a few good clubs up this neck of the woods aj, but I doubt u could be arsed with the travelling afterwards

black belt in kickboxing and a semi pro i do thai boxing now, i fight at events won 23, lost2, but a black belt means nothin on the streets although it helps a lil bit

i did the korean version "choi kwon do"
stopped @ green, needed to save up, so had to drop it.

when i went in for my grading, i met this 9th dan. and the way he introduced himself was to come from behind and pick u up as if u were a feather. thought he was gonna drop me! i was like wtf put me down screaming like a girl.. was funny lookin back at it!
