Number 1: MOT
I know if you dont tax car or SORN it after a while you get a letter.
Is this the same for MOT, eg if i dont mot it for a month or so, obviously not using it on the roads, will i get a letter?
Number 2: TPFT
Anyone see any reason for me not to downgrade my insurance to TPFT on the puma seeing as it only gets driven to tracks and on them sensible?

What if you crash the car on the way to the track??? Might not be worth the chance.

You'll probably find FC is cheaper than TPF&T

Get a roof rack for transporting the car to track then it doesn't need insured

No letter for the MOT. Insurance nowadays sometimes charge more for TPFT, yes it's stupid but there you go. If you're happy that in the event of an accident on the road, you wouldn't claim for your own car then TPFT is fine.

People drive round for months without realising their MOT is out of date and don't get a letter about it.
